Preencher um <a href=\"?page_id=63\">formul\u00e1rio<\/a> para cada disciplina que se pretende dispensar;<\/p>\n<p>2. Anexar a ementa da disciplina (carimbada e autenticada pela Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de origem da disciplina; na impossibilidade de apresentar a ementa carimbada, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o de origem poder\u00e1 enviar e-mail (exclusivamente via e-mail institucional)\u00a0 atestando a autenticidade da ementa apresentada;<\/p>\n<p>3. Anexar o hist\u00f3rico escolar (emitido pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o onde foi cursada a disciplina).<\/p>\n<p>4. Toda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada deve ser enviada, em pdf, por e-mail para o endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico: aproveitamentoestudos@direito.ufmg.br.
